So Im driving across 471 from Ohio and this girl nearly hits someone...and I think no big deal...then she tries to merge into a lane with another guy and Im like WOA!...so I was already behind her pretty close...she changes lanes and I get up besides her and see that she is texting and driving...when I honk at her...she does nothing....just keeps texting. When we pull off the exit I flash my lights at her and she makes the left hand turn and turns into oncomming traffic. I call the newport police and give them the license plate and they say...Unless an officer saw her do it...there is nothing we can do...I was like WHAT!?!?!? I was put on hold twice and I finally hung up. I need a dash cam dangit...
