So Im getting dinner just now, just got off work, but I changed into civilian clothes and I decide I want chipotle (As usual.) Driving up i see a cop car parked in one of the spaces and see a lone police officer eating all by himself. I walk up and we catch eyes. I say hey, and he says hows it going. I reply Im doing well, how are you? He says fine and he keeps eating as I enter. He looked shocked that I had acknowledged him. Even as briefly as i did. So I decided to get a ten dollar gift car so i could thank him for his service and let him know that i appreciate him and what he does. I get my massive burrito and buy the gift card but before I could even fill my water cup he was gone. So i ate outside to watch and wait for the Lord to show me who else I should give the gift card to. A few people passed, many walking up, none acknowledged me, I kinda felt like the lonely police officer. Then a WHITE 2005 Toyota celica pulled up in the parking lot and an Asian girl gets out of the car, probably about 27 years of age, looked a little bit down, perhaps upset but holding it under wanting no one to see it. (I read people) she walks up having glanced at me once from afar, but trying to keep to herself was about to pass me when I felt the Lords assurance, she is the one. So i say I really like your car! She stops and turns around. Oh, thank you. I explained mine was the black one over there. She started to try to make some light and brief conversation, being polite. She asked about my job and what I do at Audi, and I told her im just another guy. She was like oh ok well.. starting to walk away, so i Pulled out the gift card and said Here. She looked at me with that face like Oh God please dont let this be his business card or a gospel tract or something. She flipped it to see if it had words on the back and i said its $10 to here. She looked absolutely shocked. And she was like oh, wow, wait, no, I cant, Im shy, but, are you sure? And i was like Yes, seriously, its yours, God bless. She took the card, thanked me, and went to get her food. I tried to eat my massive burrito and get out of there quickly, but she caught up to me at my car, and now with a big glowing smile on her face she thanked me again, and told me that there was too much money on the card so she got me a pineapple orange banana snapple. Lol I then thanked her and said God bless and She replied God bless. Then I said Jesus Loves You! She paused for a moment, then replied, You too.
