So....Im giving away a brand new bedroom door. My sweet precious Gray has developed this new attitude and mouth in the past few days---in addition to shutting her bedroom door in my face and briefly locking it while I was talking to her. So her bedroom door is removed from hinges and no longer in use. And first butt whooping in a very long time. And all of her weekend activities are now null and void. She gets to spend the weekend reading books and laying around and thats IT. So it looks like she may get all of her AR reading out of the way right here at beginning. I sure hope this isnt how 2nd grade is going to be. She has apologized 87 times and written love notes-which I accept and expect-but she is still very grounded and the door is NOT going back on. I understand she is tired from a long week and from our trip then starting school-so grouchy would be ok. But disrespect???-zero tolerance. Gonna be a great weekend! Hallelujah! Holy sh$!
