So Im going to an appointment that may lead to a visit to CTRC again and I wasnt going to post anything about it, was just going to keep it to a small handful of my peeps that know me on an intimate level, but I am fa-reaking out. For lots of reasons, Im scared it wont be benign this time. Im scared because I dont have my husband with me to hold my hand and go in with me. Im just plain scared. To make matters worse, after 4 days and only smoking 4 or 5 cigarettes, Ive smoked 2 in the last hour. I know it doesnt make sense, but it is what it is. Id almost rather not go, ignorance is bliss, right? Ugh. Please say a little prayer for me that I dont really lose my marbles before theres truly a reason to and that he doesnt tell me I have to go to CTRC again.
