So, Im gonna open up to yall a touch! I was just gonna do it in our closed fitness group called FITWITS, but decided that Id do it here! This is something that Im very reluctant to share because you all know me as being a health nut, but maybe it will help some of you with your weaknesses... I started smoking when I was 14 years old! Yes, I know... I played sports everyday, and was a VERY active person! Always have been, always will be! I quit smoking the day my mother died of lung cancer, 10 years ago! Cold turkey!!! Well, like a jackass, I was offered a roll in a movie and the part called for the guy to be a smoker (and they wanted it to be realistic, not the fake smoker that takes a puff and blows it through their nose! Weve all seen it), so two years ago, I told the producer that Id make it real... Well, I got addicted again!!! Damn it! Today is Mothers Day and the best gift I can give my mother, is my life... Im done...
