So, Im not one to post negative things OR controversial stuff, but I think this is neither. Its real, raw, and unfiltered. Ive never liked the show Biggest Loser because it promotes unrealistic expectations of weight loss and what getting healthy is. This is not getting healthy. Losing 30 lbs in one week is not healthy. Working out more than 2 hours a day TOPS is not healthy. This article is absolutely gut wrenching to read, but I figured Id pass it on. Please dont be motivated by this show ... you are NOT a failure if you lose just 2 lbs in one week like this show has stated in its past.
