So Im sitting on my front porch just now watching construction stuff when this little old guy on a power scooter comes up to me and starts shooting the shit with me about his wife having a stroke and that him and her have scooters. He tells me that when his wife first had her stroke she was in a motorized wheelchair. Said shes regained a lot of her strength back and doesnt need the power chair anymore. I thought we were just talking but he said they didnt need the chair anymore and that I can have it! Im super touched. Score another point for humanity.
