So Im taking a shower and Minerva, my black cat, comes into the bathroom and sits down. She announces her presence with a single meow and begins staring. Creepy, yes, but this is my cat, so go figure. I go through all my usual shower steps: facial scrub, shampoo, conditioner, satsuma-scented shower gel on my lovely new scrubber. The cat continues to stare. Then, very deliberately, she turns and begins licking herself at the base of her tail. She looks back at me with clear disdain, and thats when I realize shes judging me. Me and my lovely bath products with my scented lathers and my complicated process of cleansing myself. With one lick, she has dissed, not just me, but the entire human race. Again.
