So... Im thinking I need to switch to Dish. They have discontinued my service, YET AGAIN. When I paid it last month, it said my balance due was $46 and change and due 6/20. Here it is the 8th (and it was actually last night I noticed it), and my service has been interrupted. I went to my account and it says I owe $122! I cant call the regular number and talk to a human being, it only has an automated system to get you to pay whatever you owe. So Im going to have to call tech support and have them switch me to billing in order to talk to anyone. Im done. And they can charge me the $250 early cancellation fee, but you can bet I wont be paying that. So freaking over it. So done. What can my Dish using friends tell me about their service/customer service/programming? We love having actual channels and arent willing to discontinue it after not having it for so many years. And Hulu/Netflix/etc arent for me. :)
