So Ive been slipping... Havent posted anything since Tuesday... But Im still putting in work! Wednesday for warmup Cleans starting at 45lbs working up every minute for 10 minutes getting up to 90 lbs. PRed my bench... 100 lbs club!!!! Boom! Thursday workout picture below. PRed my 3 rep Good Morning Boxsquat 135 lbs!!!! So far today Chipper 50 squats 40 butterfly sit-ups 30 push-ups 20 double mountain climbers 10 Burpees 20 double mountain climbers 30 push-ups 40 butterfly sit-ups 50 squats Bring Sally Up - air squats Tonight Westside again.
