No real surprise, I suppose, its been coming for a few years. Its an industry now (as it was pre-Beatles) built almost completely on singles. Problem: It was also a lousy year for singles. Ill tip my cap to Morrisseys title track as the 2014 Single of the Year, but all the rest of the my Top Five is really just good filler: Aloe Blaccs The Man, Katy Perrys This Is How We Do, Souljazz Orchestras Kingdom Come and Tacocats Bridge to Hawaii.
