So Ive given you a week. Time to pass the plate around again. Heres Sarah. Shes fabulous. Shes also missing a few parts that most of us kind of need, you know, to live. In fact, being born without a pancreas: Pancreatic Agenesis is so bad that it is a condition which is described as Incompatible with life. Let that sink in. Not only is Sarah compatible with life, this Thursday she celebrates her 5th birthday, on the same day as my youngest: Josiah. What are we trying to raise funds for? Sarah has been given a continuous glucose monitoring system, valued at about $1000. However, she needs consumables valued at about $500 each and every month.
