So Ive gone one week now with no meat. Ive noticed many positive changes- no stomach cramps, no heart burn, and I dropped 1lb. However, I did notice a big change in the amount of energy I have. I feel drained and have been having sporadic headaches. Could be seasonal allergies? Dont know. I tried tofu for the first time... If youre in to eating hot, soggy, cardboard then tofu might be for you... But I found it revolting. Any suggestions on what else I can incorporate into my diet in lieu of meat? Id like to try another week of going veggie...
