So Kevin the asshole plead no contest to one count per person named, for a total of seven counts, and the judge found him guilty. He is sentenced to 60 days in jail or in alternative home confinement. Instead of having to get that set up with the Sheriffs office in seven day, he asked to have 60 days to do it in, since hes running for mayor of Marina. Which shows you how crazy he is, as that would be the end of September, and what sense does it make to start home confinement at that point. If he started now, he could be done by the point most people will be starting to pay any attention... The restraining order is still in effect, so no contact of any sort with the named parties or the faculty, staff, or students of MCL. I predict hell keep those rules until a week before he has to go to court on the felony drug charges, when hell have his highly predictable meltdown. And then there were a bunch of fines and fees he has to pay.
