So Lisa Hanna did what politicians do best: get people to talk about the image and not the content. I am sure when she was placing that pic on social media she said: watch dis now and like sand to sea it happens. I dont blame her because if people are more interested in the type of clothes someone wears to the beach instead of the job they are doing then such is the state of Jamaica. No one is talking about the childrens homes or the youth unemployment rate. Politicians have perfected the art of sleight of hand, we focus on the optics and not their actions being the screen. But as a great philosopher once said...people get the governments they deservem Hanna didnt factor too much in the last poll and for someone interested in becoming PM I am sure she is basking in this level of adoration and hopefully better poll numbers. So again we have style over substance. Do what works for you Lisa!
