So Logan has his footy colours day at school today and had pre ordered his pie and had to take his $2.60 to school this morning plus his $1 to wear his top, this is all fine except I only had a $50 note. So I thought I would just go via the iga and grab the couple of things I needed and get the change for him to take, my few little things didnt cost a great deal and the lady gave me my change of $43.10. Well this doesnt really help my situation so I ask her if she could give me some change for a $20, very bluntly she says no I dont have any change. I stared at her shocked for a second and walked off, before getting out the door and with anger mounting I thought well no thats not right. So I walked back into the isle and picked up an item for .65 cents and proceeded back to the same checkout, she scans the item and I hand over my $20 note and to my surprise the till comes open and she proceeds to give me my change. Wtf. Well rude lady its not me that is going to suffer from this experience because today you have just lost 1 customer that will never return to iga again, you may think oh well whats one customer but with the big players in supermarkets slowly squeezing you out of the market you may want to think twice as to how you treat your patrons or like every other small business around you will no longer be around to treat people the way you want
