So Lori Porter asked me a great question. Why would I get rid of the stuff I love. Well most of it (stuff) was crap I had laying around and dont use. I dont believe I need a laptop and a big phone and an ipad so I chose to get rid of Ipad. I am trying to give something up when I want something big. I am understanding that a family with 6 kids needs to pick and choose and to live within my means for the first time in my life. Our account was hacked and until it gets fixed I have to keep money flowing in. BUT most importantly, I want to live within my my means, I want to be debt free and with 3 mortgages, 2 car payments and all the needs of 8 that is not easy peasy. I am practicing Delayed Gratification because I know that in a year things will be much different in 2 much much different. Things can be replaced, living life the way you want to is a great dream, I want to travel, to help, to make a difference in the world and it takes discipline and work. I dont feel like I am giving up anything. I am inspired to not need things to be happy, to not need cable, to wait until anything I buy I will buy with cash and owe no one anything. I will own my home, own my cars, own my building whatever I decide to do with it. I will have a special way to home school my family and others and experience countries, and cultures and arts, so if I have to give up things that can be replaced so be it. Like a hero said I have a Dream . I am on a path and I will not stray no matter what get thrown in my path, steal my account, knock me down its ok, living paycheck to paycheck will not allow me to make a difference, I want to leave a legacy.
