So, Ms Courtney has a project due......her theme is Bullying........I really admire this kid and her stance on bullying....she asked me if I had ever bullied anyone.........that took me a second to answer......finally, I said, hey, Courty, ....yes I have .....in many instances really.......when I get angry and lash out, whether it be to family, friends, strangers, while driving, etc........I needed her to understand that bullying comes in MANY forms.... AND what bullying stems down too, is, that persons anger, deep within, that comes out like a venomous snake.....it attacks, usually without warning, and can/will, cause a lot of damage to the recipient, either short term, long term, whatever..........we went on to have a further conversation about the typical playground bullies and how bad that is too...but, I just needed her to know that that is not where it is isolated.........its everywhere, and within each and every one of us.......we need to be careful, and more thoughtful....(I for one am working hard on this....XOXO)
