So PA has outlawed both seed libraries and collecting rainwater and is the keystone state. Keystone being the word . What they do pretty much dictates the rest of this country. Remember seeds and water are not allowed to be kept and used in a country that is free . Also remember we sold a huge amount of state park lands to overseas companies and most of our water goes goes to China . Just saying . Oh yea and we worry about what shoes and jeans are in and what celebrities are doing. Hmm mm
