So Prof Ogude says shes waiting for the Sheriff of the court to come serve her with the court order before she could allow students back at Res Need I remind her that she also obtained a court order to evacuate students however the sheriff of the court was not the one who executed the court orderm she went and hired bouncers to execute the court order This goes to show how arrogant this woman is, I saw her at convocation, her arrogance was in display and she does it again, CSRC and NEHAWU must now call for her to resign Firstly she walked out of the meeting that was held between the CSRC and the EMC then she shutsdown the campus even though progress was made in that said meeting. Prof Ogude must be charged firstly for being in contempt of a court order by the law enforces Secondly the TUT internal Employee Relations must charge her for 1. bringing the name of the institution into disrupt 2 for miss appropriation of funds and fruitless expenditure ( hiring of bouncers can be viewed as fruitless expenditure since the institution has good security, no need for bouncers) 3. a commission of enquiry should be established to determine if Prof Ogude is fit to be a Vice Chancellor, her actions must be carefully scrutinised. The only thing Prof Ogude is good at is evacuating students and also expelling student leaders A whole lot of students have failed as a direct result of her introducing the 3 question paper system without proper consultation with even the Faculty Deans, Lectures and HODs last year. Since she came to TUT nothing good has came out of it Its all over the news that our institution is in contempt of a court order how then should students respect any lawful act if the Vice Chancellor herself does not respect the rule of law ? What message is she sending to the community of TUT as a whole with regard to law decisions? I call upon all TUT students and NEHAWU affiliates to ensure that Prof Ogude leaves our institution before its too late, evidence is there that shes not fit to hold that position By Ntsako Sibiya
