So Roses Rescue did have several adoptions over this weekend, and are happy for each and every little one that finds their forever home. There was one very special adoption however. Ms Honey, the coonhound that came into the rescue in 2013. She was abandoned and neglected. Left to starve with a litter of pups that did not make it. She was afraid of the world and had good reason to be. She used to hide in the closet at her foster home. Two wonderful women stepped up and offered to foster Honey and work with her. Well, Honey has adjusted well, come out of her shell, trusts people, plays with her canine siblings, and is loved. Roses Rescue was notified that Honey has found her forever home with Dee and Erin. It was meant to be, and they are not letting her go. They are failed foster parents, but those are the best kind. Thank you Dee and Erin. Honey, you can now enjoy life. You deserve it!!
