Was there a reason that a Judge in a true democrasy should prevent someone to make his story public? The judge could have made clear (as you did) that family law cases could be published withelding the names of the children only. So why these secret courts, these gagging orders, these prison sentence without a trial? Do You think Sir James Mumby that a desparate parent who has lost His/Her child on the assumption of risk of future emotional harm, this parent is guilty for loving his/her child? Do you think that this parent is guilty for protesting in public trying to safe his/her child? Do You think that parents should go to prison because their children been abused as a result of judicial incopetenc and deliberate judicial dishonesty? Sir James Mumby you need to only read 20 cases that been judged on the basis of RISK OF FUTURE EMOTIONAL HARM, and see that in all these twenty cases every party seeking to steal the child has commited perjury, making deliberate false statement to secure the removal of the child. You will see that the judges involved in such cases was accepting and welcoming criminal offences in their courts so to secure the childs permanent removal from its parents, to support the private foster care industry. Sir James Mumby, You have seen yourself that a mother was buchered (ceasarian) so the local authority could steal her child and sell it to the adoption market. This barbaric buchery which You condemned Sir James mumby, has been aproved by TWO JUDGES. So are you going to reccomend that these judges should be punished and ever sacked due to the fact that both Judges have involved in similar scandal cases before? Are you going to support a serious case review based on your own recomentations, so justice can be restored and served? Are you willing to order for the imediate return of ALL CHILDREN THAT BEEN STOLEN FROM THEIR PARENTS ON THE ASSUMPTION OF RISK OF FUTURE EMOTIONAL HARM? Are you going to listen to scandals that proving the reasons behind such corrupt practices? Are you willing to lsten to older children in care by talking to them directly?
