So...Synopsis of Guam.... Part 2: Its amazing how much work the oppressors can find for you when there is LITERALLY nothing to do...Everything is much better when youre smoking a Monte Carlo, and have a Captain Morgan Tattoo & Coke in your hand... But more than anything, it is clearly evident how much you miss your family when youre on deployment. There isnt much you can do about it, sure you can call...But when youre almost 12 hours apart, its pretty difficult to communicate. Its mind boggling that while youre still connected via online media, you still feel so far away. I really appreciate what the United States Navy has done for me, the way it has made me grow up, the leadership opportunities, much less the responsibility they have put in me over the past couple of years...as my good friend and mentor, Makaala has told me, much more opportunity lies ahead of me in the civilian sector than what is currently presented. All in all, we will see what is presented on this road ahead of me....and I cannot wait to see the outcome. Too all those tagged, youve given me much insight and led to many of the successes in my life... Youve cared, youve guided, and youve kept me on the straight and narrow....for that I can never give enough thanks!
