So, ...There is a company who wants to charge me $700.00 a yr for having live music or a DJ at my store. Company is called BMI---they sue businesses for playing music, etc...saying they own the rights to about 97% of all music. I guess they keep trolling my FB or something, they keep calling demanding i pay up, or face legal issues. They are convinced we have live bands at our Bike Nights. Guess what, we dont... either way, im already paying a commercial (read: licensed) account for our XM/Serius music...im legal there...but thanks BMI for asking! No DJ, no music...heaven forbid you play your MP3 too loud,.. they may charge you for it!! Greedy f*cks..... Its like a legalized scam all the way. :(
