So This morning I am going to get myself weighed and then go shopping, I have to plan my Lunch and dinner for each day I have done it for the next 7 days, it just keeps me focused really, So Im basically doing Slimming world from home, I have found this the best way to lose weight and not feel like on a diet, I have looked into lots of diets but they are so restrictive. The basics are simple Eat 1/3 of superfree fruit and veg with every meal. 1 Healthy extra A - So from cheese and milk (Please weigh these) and 1 Healthy Extra B - Cereals, Cereal Bars Bread Again this are a certain amount. I can put a list up and help anyone. Eat Lean Meats fish. Eat Pasta, Rice YAY I need carbs And then have between 5-15 syns a day whoop CHOCOLATE Crisps etc I Never starve myself Eat more and lose weight its strange But BRILLANT So I Am going to put my meal planner up if you want any of the recipes just ask, My breakfasts are going to be 35g Bran Flakes &Fruit Obv (hea heb) Fruit Salad and yoghurt Cooked Breakfast Overnight Oats heb) Omelette French Toast and fruit Lunch Sticky Chicken drumsticks Turkey Burgers Salad and Tzatziki Minted Lamb Kebabs Piri Piri Chicken Salad King Prawn Curry Red Pepper Tortilla Spiced Wild Rice bean lime salad Tea Kung Pao Chicken Lemon Chicken Pulled Pork Burger In A Bowl Double Bacon Burger cowboy hot pot Meat Feast Pizza
