So a bit of a funny story...I spent 4 and a half hours kayaking on lake rotoiti on saturday. On sunday I went for another half hour kayak with my dog on the back. Just as we were heading into shore she decided to leap off the kayak so I tipped over and landed in the shallows with my arm out. I jolted my shoulder and now have no movement in it.and its Fricken sore! Argh so annoying, couldnt sleep last night and could get my clothes on properly this morning. Seeing a doctor tomorrow but in the mean time my legs and right arm will be getting worked at the gym this week. Zzzz injuries :( kinda funny though.
