So a couple of updates. First of all the Carrot Cake is being postponed so that more testing can be done. There is a logic problem involved of how to infuse flavored vodka to a recipe that does not have liquid added. The potential solution makes sense but more testing needs to happen. The desert in its place is another hair brained idea to fix what I screwed up on the brownies (Forgot to spray the parchment paper....) So well bring back the Zing-Yaaays. Our beignets with pumpkin brownie and bavarian cream folded in :) The next update is a blessing in disguise. Our garden patties for the last 3 years have been Morningstars Garden Patties which we have been getting from Costco. Well Costco is no longer carrying them, which is going to force me to do something Ive been meaning to do for a couple years now. Im going to start designing our own. Knowing how we do things, its going to take some time to perfect a recipe that we are proud of. In the mean time we will have the quarter pound black bean patties and I will need suggestions and guinea pigs.
