So a couple weeks ago we get a note suggesting no costumes at school... They dont want to offend other religions. Really? Since when? I never stick my nose in politics because i know the roar it causes, but I am sick of things being changed because we dont want to offend anyone. Why are we changing? Did we lose our ball sacks? Today I painted dominyc and corals faces as a kitties, sent dominyc off to school and took coral to hers. She was the only one with anything on. lol i almost felt like the principal was going to give me detention. Its Halloween. If you dont celebrate this holiday, fine. Im not mad... But dont get mad at me for celebrating. I hope my kids grow up to stand up for their beliefs... And I hope they grow to embrace differences.
