So, a few nights ago I asked you all what your BIGGEST goal to accomplish by the end of this year was. An overwhelming majority of you said you wanted to lose another 10, 20, 30 lbs or keep your eating healthy through the holidays. Its AMAZING to have a goal… but the goal alone will not get you to your destination. Youve got to put things into action! What do you plan on doing to help you lose that weight during the craziest time of the year? How do you plan on keeping your nutrition clean when everyone else around you wants to eat sweets and junk? If you dont have a plan and need something concrete, motivating, and inspiring to keep you accountable, I want you to send me a private message so we can chat. Theres no way youll lose weight or maintain it if you say f*ck it… Ill just figure this out in January. Sorry, not sorry! And Im RIGHT there with you… I love pigging out over the holidays but I realllyyyy hate gaining a few pounds in those 3 weeks every year. Yes, thats the truth. I always do! So Im vowing NOT to this year! :) I want to help you and I have several options, both free and some that cost money, that I know will have you LOSING weight this holiday season :)
