So.. a guy just walked in my work.. typical man.. nicely dressed.. probably in early 50s.. asking me a million & 1 questions about chocolate.. then starts asking me about my personal life and if i have any children.. then jumps back to chocolates and samples.. asking any and every question UNDER THE SUN! i answer him.. i treat him with complete respect.. and come to find out after all these questions and getting to know the guy.. it was the man who owns fannie may. He told me he has never been so impressed by customer service skills in his life and told me ima keeper. and also had to make a comment of how great of a mom i am for speaking so highly of my kids :) Made my night after having this long long day... :)
