So, a month ago, I order a refill from my CVS Caremark provider - TopicsExpress

So, a month ago, I order a refill from my CVS Caremark provider for five medications I am taking. Sadly, I have health issues. A week later I get a robocall from them saying four of the five orders are going out and that they are contacting the physician to renew the fifth subscription because it needs a new one. A week later I get a call saying the physician hasnt returned their call and I should follow up. I call the physicians office and get a recording to leave the prescription information which and wait. Another week goes by and I get a robocall that my order is being processed. This being the fourth week and me not getting the prescription, I call again and I am told that I did not confirm acceptance of the order. I noted I called back the robo call and they told me they didnt know why I called but that my prescription was being processed. I said good, but still didnt get it. Now in the fourth week of waiting for this freaking medicine with just a couple of days, I get a pleasant but completely stupid agent who tells me the order hasnt gone out yet and that I will have to pay for expedited service to get it in time before I run out. This is medicine I take three times a day and is critical to my health. I tell her that I want the company to pay for expedited service, so she has me on hold for a resolution specialist for a half hour before I finally say I start saying do you want me to bill you for my time? She sighs and says, so youre not going to escalate this? I said, no...I am just going to let folks know through social media what incompetents you are and then I will file a complaint with the Attorney General because you people shouldnt be trusted with life saving medications.
