So, a pretty cool writer thing happened to me today. I was at work, doing my usual duties around the school, when I suddenly heard a familiar voice inside my head. Mortimer Drake was whispering, ever so slightly, to me. I was not prepared to hear him again as I had thought that his story was finished. Apparently, I was mistaken. By the time I finished my work day, the storyline for a 5th Mortimer Drake book was firmly outlined in my head. I am now doing research for that novel while I continue to work on book two in my Edgar Flax series. Why do I do this to myself?
