If it is convenient.for you to come to MISSION HOSPITAL come and donate blood and share the experience with me. If not donate blood wherever you feel it will not be sold. Before donation 1. Have light breakfast. 2. Drink half glass water just before donation. 3. Take plenty of fluids the next 24 hrs. 4. Your Hb should be atleast 12.5 gm%. 5. Your BP should not be low < 70 mmhg distolic. 6. Do not take any medicine fpr bp on day of donation. 7. You should not be on any.medication in the same week. 8. Try go in group to avoid any anxiety. 9. The blood you donate is 260 ml of plasma , 200 ml of rbc . 10. Once you donate an equal vol of rbc will shed into your vessels , and with water will become functional in 24 hrs. 11. After 24hrs you will feel as if ypu have done exercise. FRESH 12.
