So a week ago my mother was rushed to the hospital having suffered a major stroke. Doctors gave her very little chance of full recovery. In fact a feeding tube had to temporarily be placed. Earlier today the tube was removed and she was eating!!! My father whos of ill health also was admitted with a severe leg infection. He suffers from kidney failure as well as several other conditions. One being alzheimers. Dads birthday is today, the two of them have been married for 61 years. Some birthday present mom is giving dad. The power of love!!!
