So about a year ago Janyia seen an eye specialist due to her eyes not focusing and wondering and found out her vision was delayed, went back for a follow up but her specialist had left and waited for a new specialist. Now her new therapists at the hospital has brought up being concerned Janyia may not have her vision looking straight therefor would explain why she always has her neck up, looking downwards to focus. Sounds confusing I know. So called for a follow up from her next referral and they are booked out until May smh. This just irritates me, how is it when a special needs child that needs to be seen they either have to wait forever or have to pay their life savings. Well that didnt settle for me so called another specialist office and have an appointment next week while we wait until May. Just dont want to wait that long just in case its something that can be fixed.
