So about the giraffe riddle floating around fb right now: there are several articles on different sites around the web claiming that the correct answer to the riddle is not correct. Personally, I think theyre just being sore losers! And, to borrow a phrase from a friend, it irks my taters!! *SPOILER ALERT* As the riddle is worded, the premise is The doorbell rings, you wake up...what is the first thing you open? The in between bit is just fluff meant to distract. Its nonsense to say that because youre awake your eyes are already open. I have never woken up and discovered that my eyes were already open. How uncomfortable would that be?! As the dear Professor once said, Logic! Why dont they teach logic at these schools? And just saying, these people arguing that the riddle is worded badly would not get on very well in the Shire!! Its a riddle! Its meant to be tricky! But its worded perfectly to get its intended answer.
