So after Dr rounds this is what I know. PT will be 5 days a week as tolerated. He does not seem so concerned on that. He says all the muscle tone will come back. He failed the barium swallow test and will not be tested again for another week. His feeding tube will likely be removed for something more permanent, this means in his stomach. Im not sure how I feel about that but if the tube down his throat is causing him problems I guess thats our best alternative. We must wait for Viability study until December 30th, its a 48 hour test. Phil will not be in London for the ICD placement until the new year some time. Today he was a bit cranky and getting tired of sitting around. I cant wait for his chair to come so that hopefully we can change his positions and give him a different view. I worry about him getting agitated as that will not be good for his heart. The DVD player has been a positive thing today as it is giving him an opportunity to watch his favourite movies. Thank you all for the well wishes and those awesome hugs Ive been receiving.
