So after THREE years we have finally gotten a diagnosis from the doctors. The camera capsule started to show abnormalities in Tuckers small intestines about an hour into the procedure. Tucker was born with Waldmann Disease (also known as Primary Lymphangiectasia). There is too much damage in the small intestines for them to safely remove the defective parts, but with a very strict diet including very low fat and very high protein, daily mct oils, and using a steroid during episodes we can help maintain this, although this will be a lifelong struggle for him. We appreciate everyones prayers and kind thoughts. Its been a very long struggle and although this diagnosis can be scary it is nice to finally have an answer!
