So, after almost 25 years (yes it was opened before I was born) of being a Standard Bank - South Africa banker, I receive this message: Due to an error your account was not debited for prepaid recharges purchased in the last 3 months. Your account will be debited on 2014-09-10 Which is total rubbish because my statements say my account was debited. I phone them to be told it was a technical error, how can a message like that be an error? So after debating with myself for the last week when STD bank left half of South Africa stranded and their new banking APP a complete UX fail. I will be looking to join another bank - suggestions human because I am not gonna just follow suit and join RB Jacobs.
