So...after being told on Tuesday that Verizon had no record of my move request scheduled for today (the one Id done online), I rescheduled it for this next Tuesday, 8/5. Come home tonight: no tv, phone, internet. Why? Apparently someone at Verizon DID have the original work order & disconnected me today!! Of course they cant turn it back on tonight, they are closed Sundays, & Im having the service moved Tuesday. So Ill go technologically Amish (cept for the cell) til then. P.I.T.A!!!!!
