So, after setting a goal and deciding in early february to lose 30-32 pounds, I finally reached my goal yesterday. I have worked out on either the treadmill, elliptical, weights and outside running nearly every day since feb (missed a day or two either to rain or vacation). Now the hard part begins and trying to maintain where I want to be after achieving a long term goal. I never would have thought it would have been that hard to lose 30 pounds as it took over 7 months for me, of course that was mostly through workout and virtually no crazy diet or supplement stuff so that didnt really help anything........... Anyway, would love to hear from some folks who have hit their goal and their ups and downs to maintain it. I know how hard it was for me to get there but I know many of my friends have lost way more than I have. I have so much respect for them knowing how hard it was for me just to lose what I did. Now I hope to dial it back a bit and not have put my body through what I do every day, it think it could use a break. I dont plan on stopping, just trying to find the happy balance between losing and maintaining, plus I am not 25 anymore, lol........
