So after trying to find some trigger repair services in Australia, - TopicsExpress

So after trying to find some trigger repair services in Australia, I decided to have a play around with repairing cam trigger wires. This is one of the older club cams and has been sitting in the locker for years with a broken trigger wire. I will not put this cam back in the locker without the executives approval, this is simply a proof of concept. A chance to see if people think this is a suitable means of repairing the few club cams that have broken trigger wires. So what I did was I removed the machinated trigger ends from the broken side of the cam. I then removed the plastic divider from the actual trigger. I then re-threaded picture frame wire through the mechanism. I have retracted and opened the cam with the new wires both at regular speed and super-fast-unneccsary speed without any signs of weakness. Would you rack this or not?
