So after waiting 45 minutes to speak to someone at EI I finally spoke to someone. They then transferred me to a smarter faster person. She then says that my ROE had something slowing my claim down under other payments. I gave them the explanation I was given and said nothing they can do but let my claim sit there until Aug 26. I then asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and she then said there is nothing that they can do so I asked what they do and she said they are there to make sure they take breaks at the right time and so on... I freaked out and asked if they make sure the job is being done and she said no. I then said I was going to file a complaint with my MP, MLA and OCS (Office of Customer Satisfactory) a department they never tell you about, she then states that none of those people have authority to do anything and I asked for her name. She gives it to me. She then says she doesnt have to give last name and I said you are a public servant and a complaint is being filed against them so you have to give it and she again refuses. So I asked which office she is out of and she says same as other guy. I asked again and she says Regina. I complained about how long I waited to speak to someone and she says they are busy but yet the other guy needs help and she happens to be available but yet I waited 45 mins. There was also a note to call employer to get explanation on ROE from two weeks ago which wasnt completed. So, it was disgusting to be refused to speak to someone higher up because they were making sure breaks are being taken. I hope our elected officials can help me?
