So another late night cat experience in Zallaq. Hang with my girlfriend and my cat tags along, he follows me around like a dog does. We are in front of her villa drinking wine and decorating for Halloween. She and I get this bright idea our cats will get along so we go into her garden and encourage my cat to accompany us. Well the cats start hissing and cry at each other, it wasnt such a bright idea after all, it time for him and me to go home. My cat doesnt want to go, it is midnight and we are chasing my cat all over her garden trying to get him to leave. We are running and weaving chasing him all over the garden, and he is evading us at all cost. I catch him and pick him up and he claws me, so I drop him. I am sure we look like crazy women chasing this cat all over her garden (a yard to us Americans). Finally after 15 minutes we get him to exit. I am bleeding from the clawing and tweaked my back bobbing and weaving chasing my cat all over her garden. We are home now and he is mad at me. Lesson learned there are rarely good ideas when one is drinking wine and thinking cuz we are friends so should our cats.
