So anyone who knows me knows I am my harshest critic... and why wouldnt I be? 7 wonderful years a teacher trying to make sure that all students would be be not only successful but be better Human Beings as well... 15 years an advocate for people with disabilities: empowering those with added barriers to live the lives THEY want to live, while helping to build relationships of organizations and people so that ALL my prosper and reach a point of real understanding and empathy. 5 years of my own personal struggles against the major curveball that life decided to throw me in the form of my disability: Ankylosing Spondylitis and Crohns disease... I dont let life beat me, I dont let the haters and those who oppose Civil and Human Rights push me down.. in fact, I dare say they know better than to test my patience or my resolve... so again.. I ask, why wouldnt I be my own harshest critic? I HATE to lose, I Hate to make a mistake on something I know and understand... I will get only stronger from these falls and stumbles though.. I assure you of that. Only those who truly know me know the blazing cauldron of white hot fire that burns within my heart and soul...
