So apparently I live in the densest-populated nabe in Brooklyn, as well as what I hear is the longest block in the borough. We are currently involved in a fight to keep it from getting even MORE densely populated by the addition of a humongous highrise. Actually, the building will probably get built, but if we are lucky it will be shorter and more spread out on the lot. Which doesnt help with the increased density, nor the likelihood of higher rents.
