So apparently IndiGo had quite aviation business and gotten into the business of cheating. You cancel a ticket, you pay a cancellation charge. After the cancellation charge, you have to get back to their call center for reimbursement. And to top it all, there is a reimbursement fee of Rs 200. So, basically, instead of getting interest on the reimbursement amount of the ticket beyond normal payment period of 21 days, I have to pay a reimbursement fee to get my money back. Consumer Court it is.
