So as I have my awkward yard sale on a Wednesday, I sit out there with not much luck and then a lady comes and asks about my instruments for sale. She then asked if I played all of them and I said no, just the violin but I got them all for my kids to get involved in band/orchestra. She then proceeded to ask if I sang and I said yes but mostly worship music. She introduces herself to me as Lora, and asked if have heard the band Flyleaf. I answered, of coarse one of my fav! She said Im the lead singers mom and I feel like I know you for ever! She then ask if I would love to go to her open mic gigs and sing worship songs, I of coarse replied yes! As she leaves, she tells me God will do amazing things in my life! Just stay faithful!!! As she leaves again, she turns back and asked me if would you by any chance like to record with her sometime and hands me her number. I didnt know what to reply, but I nodded yes!!! Come to find out, I have been living next to her son this whole time! I have even talked to him before and he also asked if I would do harmony and some vocals for his music! Wow I have to say, that although Ive been stressed out, sad, anxious,with out current situation, this has been the happy moment I needed ! Not because I want to be famous or anything like that, but because God brought this lady to give me some words of wisdom at the right timing, during my struggle! I still cant believe what happened!
