So, as of late, Ive seen an event popping up around Facebook about a Pay it Forward Friday and I cant seem to express just how incredibly stupid it is. I mean, you have to SCHEDULE a day in order to pretend youre a good person? Im flabbergasted. Is it that difficult? I figured being a decent human being was just primary nature, but no! Youre only a good person if you schedule it and then brag about it, publicly. Id rather be a bad human. I gave my neighbor a pound of coffee the other day and didnt brag about it. Ive spent roughly a combined 120$ in 4Life product in the past month that Ive just given away to people whom Ive thought would enjoy it but probably have just thrown it away when the IP6 shot costs (that does the same shit to a lesser extent) over 1.5 thousand. I gave a kid who needed gas 20 bucks when he asked for 3. I helped a little old lady carry things to her car. But you know what? Im okay with the world talking about me being some whore instead than boasting about these and more. And these so-called Christians have to schedule and promote bragging about good deeds. Um, excuse me? Isnt it ironic I follow your bible more than you do? If youre going to do something good, shut up and do it but dont expect to be rewarded or praised. Your god doesnt like braggarts and expectation of reciprocation. Its in the book of Matthew.
