So as some of you may have read we cancelled our Cable. But Comcast just doesnt know how to let go. I cancelled my cable, they sent me a box to send the DVR/Cable box back to them. And I did, and got a receipt from UPS. Tracking it later, I see that it was received it. A month later I get a call from Comcast telling me that Im late paying my $300 cable bill. Oh no, I say, I cancelled my bill. The lady on the phone cant help me with that, but asks me if I want to make a payment. I say no. I call Comcast the next day and after getting transferred, dropped, and lost in the phone tree I finally get a hold of someone who can help me. They take my account to 0, the account is closed. Yay! Its all taken care of. A week ago I get a letter from Comcast saying something like, hey we noticed that you dont have a cable box, dont worry we will send you one right away. And yesterday I got an email saying my bill is ready. $70. I think I need to get a restraining order.
